By golly, entrance prices to homes and other attractions sure have gone up sharply in the 40 years I've been visiting the UK. Surely, families must really struggle.

This reminds me of the Rio in Las Vegas. fancy, great concept, great theme, beautiful views huge suites. On the other hand run down and broken everything, the clubs and resurants closed indefinitely shows cancelled . This looks like that a shell of what it once couldve been. The only thing they can hold onto is the worlds tallest hotel. And thats only because of the antenna 📡 on top

I grew up in Weymouth and remember the Nothe Fort before it was renovated. There were stories of 'The Whistling Soldier' who was supposed to haunt the place. Looking back it was probably just a story to keep us scallywags from breaking into the place. It worked and we were all too terrified to go in.

Looks really good but to be honest, we have better hotels here in Kenya.

I guess it's because it's outdated, it looks like the 80s. I would still kind of like it, compared to the low english standards. All the respect, but england's towns and cities are rubbish compared to pretty much every other western country in the planet

Looks like a place with desperate people with little to no opportunity. From reviews I've seen workers are rude, dishonest, and indifferent. I would not feel at ease or comfortable there.

Hi Tim another great video, I love all of your videos, I absolutely love Isle of Wight it is one of my favourite places to visit, I haven’t been there in several years, it is beautiful place to go like the Castle, Needles I did the open roof double decker tour bus, which was a great experience, I bought some different coloured sands from Needles, went to Shanklin, I need to go back as it is been ages since I was last in Isle of Wight! 😊

I would never wear a short-sleeved shirt with jeans and sneakers in a hotel like that. And walking around with a selfie stick? Even the jacket with blue-jeans, t-shirt, and sneakers was very tacky for this caliber hotel. But, I will say that the French are known for being quite rude in the service industry.

Another great video, really well put-together. Really impressive how you get so much information into such a succinct video. But... sorry to whinge but I am no longer listed as a supporter in the credits at the end. It may seem petty but having my name visibly credited supporting your excellent work is one of the highlights of my week. Please can I be reinstated or is there an issue I am not aware of?

Only issue I have is Kids dont really remember anything before 3 years and even then its sketchy better to be 4 or 5 at least for Butlins. So I think the kids just being with their parents is enough. Any luck getting the photos back? I've had a hard drive crash and lost about 10 months of photos, so I know the pain. I have a few cloud back up programs Apple/Google/Amazon and I don't mind the fees as I don't want another sad gap in my photos. Also, Gaby has a cockney accent that reminds me of the Eliza Doolittle character in My Fair Lady. Is she from Essex? Do you ever have her practice: The rain in Spain stays mainly on the plain? LOL. If you've never seen the musical I recommend a watch.
